CONTENTS OF THE STUDY PROGRAM:
FIRST SEMESTER:
Module 1: "The legal basis of the EU and the administration of complexity"
- Legal basis of European integration.
- Administration and governance of the EU.
Module 2: "Fundamental rights and gender"
- Fundamental rights.Equality and cultural diversity.
- Gender, equality and non-discrimination.
Module 3: "Security and freedom in the social Europe"
- European space of freedom, security and justice.
- Social policies.
Module 4: "Spanish and Catalan languages and cultures."
SECOND SEMESTER:
Module 1: "Guarantees of the rule of law and democracy"
- The protection the rule of law in the EU.
- Citizenship and democracy.
Module 2: "EU legal culture"
- The European legal and political acquis.
- European legal concepts.
Module 3: "The Multilevel in the EU"
- The European dimension of the territorial representation
- Inter-institutional relations.
Module 4: "French or Italian language and culture."
THIRD SEMESTER:
Module 1: "The principles of legislating in Europe"
- Integration principals of legal order.
- The "Legisprudence".
Module 2: "Decision making and European integration"
- Decision-making processes.
- Foreign policy, community security policies and development policies.
Module 3: "The economics of European Integration and the technological society"
- The economics of European integration.
- Methodology of legal knowledge and artificial intelligence.
Module 4: "Polish language and culture."
FOURTH SEMESTER:
- Seminaries.
- Practical training in public or private institutions.
- Master thesis.

Third semester:

Fourth semester:
 In a partner or associate University.
METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH:
  • Confluence between the juridical method and other methods specific to the social sciences.
  • Integration of theoretic knowledge with practical training.
  • Use of several working languages with all the partner Universities.
  • Use of new technologies as an instrument of work.
